Join us for a snack and a drink to kick off the EQTC 2023 at the splendid Atrium of the university (access via the main building entrance). Please keep your conference ticket with your QR code ready for check-in. The opening programme starts at 19:30, so please arrive on time for a truly special experience!
Getting there: From the city centre or the main railway station, use tram/subway lines 4 (direction “Garbsen”) or 5 (direction “Stöcken”) until you reach the stop “Leibniz Universität”.
Conference Access – Daily from 8:00 between Tuesday-Friday, 17-20 October
@ Hannover Messe Convention Center (Hannover Messe fairground, 30521 Hannover)
Enter the fairgrounds at Gate North 2 and walk (ca. 3-4 min) to the Convention Center (CC) Entrance NORD where you will find the EQTC 2023 entrance and check-in desks. Please bring your badge (in case you attended the Welcome Reception) or your conference ticket with your QR code for a smooth access. Check out the conference programme for the schedule!
Getting there: Use tram/subway line 8 to reach the final stop: Messe Nord. This is also the entrance your taxi should drop you off. If you are arriving with your own car, use the EQTC 2023 parking at TOR (gate) NORD2 and follow the INFA car park sign to park your vehicle. The daily rate is 7,00 € per day. More details here!
ACTIVATE THE EQTC 2023 EVENT APP
Before and during the conference you will be able to access the overview of the programme, speakers, exhibitors and other relevant information on the EQTC 2023 Event App. You will also be able to view and message other participants, schedule meetings and contact our virtual Help Desk in case you need any support. Activate your profile and access the app:
- Use your mobile phone, tablet or computer to navigate to https://eventmobi.com/eqtc23
- Register with yourthis email address – the one you provided upon registration.
- Follow the instructions to create your personal password.
- Add the app to your home screen as a bookmark for the time of the conference.
