CORONA PROTECTION AND HYGIENE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EVENTS AT THE HANNOVER EXHIBITION GROUNDS

For the protection of all Congress participants we kindly ask you to stay at home if you feel unwell or ill.

Hygiene measures

In addition, please observe the basic hygiene and behavioral rules (refrain from shaking hands, washing and disinfecting hands regularly, sneezing into the crook of the arm, etc.).

No access restrictions

The corona-related access restrictions to the exhibition grounds no longer apply. Vaccination status will not be requested, nor is a negative corona test proof required.

Mask obligation

Although masks are no longer generally required on the exhibition grounds and in the halls of Deutsche Messe, we recommend to wear a mask for your own protection. At the exhibition stands, the exhibitor decides whether or not a mask should be worn. Therefore, please carry a surgical mask and FFP2 mask with you during your trade fair visit at all times.

Distance

Whenever possible, a distance of 1.5 meters from other persons should be maintained. We kindly ask you to take this into account when planning and implementing your trade show appearance.

Cleaning, ventilation

The Hannover exhibition grounds already has an infrastructure that meets the highest hygiene standards. We regularly clean and disinfect surfaces, door handles and handrails. With continuous air exchange, we ensure fresh air in our halls, entrances and conference areas.
